All you have to do is state your address and select a payment and shipping way. Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You do not have to reply to it.
Pricelist
All customers from outside of Europe are obliged to use the price list in EURO currency.
All prices in our catalogue are without Spanish VAT. Spanish customers must pay the Spanish VAT, except Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla. Rest of EU customers must pay their own taxes in their countries. Non EU customers are exent of VAT.
Orders
We have a minimum order value of 15 Euros. Every order will be welcome and realized as fast as possible. Orders will be realized in the order we have received them. The maximum time of order preparation should not exceed 14 workdays and it depends of the type of order. The shipping time is not included in this time.
Payment
We accept payment by credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
We do not accept cheques, cash and international money orders.
All payments are secure. When you will finish placing your order, our shop system will redirect you information to our Bank (Banco Santander Central Hispano) using PASSAT 4B system..
Invoice
Each order is confirmed by invoice, which is automatically showed to you after submitting your order. If you do not receive a confirmation from our shop system immediately (after payment), this is sign that you might have made an error when finalizing your order. In this case, repeat the process again or contact us.
