Just a quick practice project - to move a little my stuck bones,
with Italeri Autoblinda which supose to be a model of Supermodel,
also packed by Tamiya, but in fact the real manufacturer is somewhere in china.
I must say that the quality is OK for the price, but model need some work and putty too.
The body plates will request some sanding over edges to get it sharp like in real one.
This may cause of loosing rivets and some additional work getting them back.
For this I prefer to use Surfacer 500 and Squadron Green puty - both thingz are really
modeller friendly.

Also the chassis is bit to low (red line) and You will need some plastic cards to higher it up (green).

I also reworked a bit side doors latches, antena and guns, exhaust and lamps.

The good thing is that I can paint it red and maybe use some radiosity (CM) methods,
becasue I need to keep it quite clean as police car need to be.
Huh.
Maybe somebody have some inspirational photos showing ROMA in 50's
I can use for a vignette.
best
Pawel
