wow, very nicely done Adam! Great contrasts and striking tones. Not my dad's bland Tiger II at all.

Adam- I think most things have been said ! It is incredible. The surprise to me is that such a stereotype subject - KT in ambush scheme is given a new twist! To see this subject with your methods of painting and weathering is like seeing the entire subject for the very first time - like a brand new experience.

This rendition is beautiful example. I am very drawn to the running, streaked mud. That is so well carried out. But the most stunning part to me is the tracks - the depiction of the damp area contrasting with the dry area. For some time I am wishing to create the effect of damp oil and water mixture so typical on the lower hull of construction equipment, trucks and of course armour. I shall try to find real world photosgraphs of what i am talking about. It is like an area of damp condensate very dark and heavily oil stained. The work on the tracks of your KT is so close to that effect ! I am of curious to understand the technique.

This being such a typical subject made it very difficult for me to finish but this is what the collector asked for. The experimentation with clears made the project bit more interesting.

Always try to view actual photos of construction equipment when you can. I think construction equipment is better the actual armor because it used more. Keep us informed us what you do next.

well i like some other works of you more i guess, but what i like here are those streaks and especially the mud on the tracks and the hull, just impressive.The effect is very nice and its not too much of the mud and dirt.thats the way id like to apply mud on my model, very nice job.
