Thank you guys for dropping in. When I built just OTB, my working place was in better order, but here I need too many things for my work. However, I will get it in order again - and again - endless story
For the hand wheels, gfadvance, I guess you mean those for three way valve etc. First I designed them in Corel in various size to get photo etched ones, which I used as a masters to make moulds and get their castings (i hate to work with PEs, and I try to avoid them as long as I can, so if possible, I always switch into castings)
Cheers

Now the most complicated master of these is a blowdown system valve, which will contain about 50 bits. A couple of pictures from my progress.

And here we go, the valve almost finished. Tomorrow just two simple things and all the masters will be ready for surfacer and polish.
BTW 64 parts and bits used to get the valve done.

Today all the masters finished and surfacer coat applied as well. Tomorrow I will tidy up a few little things and light polish will follow then, to get everything ready for moulds.

Hi Libor
I've been following this build here and elsewhere and have been amazed from the beginning at the amount of work, let alone the detail, that your putting into this build. This is model building at it best and my hat goes off to you sir.

Done with moulds and castings for some time, I will stick back in building. PE frames for inner windows are ready for assembly and I will paint both walls in black soon.

Thank you Dimitris and Indy for the kind words. I will finish it sooner or later, thats for sure, especially now, when my biggest fan has arrived. Good to see you buddy
I am still working hard on another task, but in the middle I got a chance to improve my pressure equipment and get working another box. Now I can pour my castings every 5 minutes and keep going much better.

I am also about to finish those things soon, and some fresh update should be here in no time C[ ]

Finally I got back. First I found out that windows from the kit were too thick for assembly of the frames, so I had to make my own windows from clear sheet. Windows next to the doors are not provided in the kit anyway, and I had made them up earlier, but for some reasons I got new ones as well. Now they are glued on with their frames, I will mask them and painting can begin.

I worked on some other project and more moulds have been made. Back to building, some small inaccuracies appeared around the windows, MR.dissolved putty used to fix them, and I will spray black over, when dried and sanded. Then I will add rest of the parts in the cab

I have started painting in red, and I will try to use various shadows here and there. Also windows are fixed and I am getting on with the readers. Home made decals seem to be great, speedmeter is done, and for its glass I have used thick clear varnish. The rest is my next step. Seats are painted in darker jellow and I worked with almost dry brush to get some leather texture, which I want to bring out later using the oils.
