I agree with Matt. I have been watching this one as well. Got to be one of the most inclusive builds that I have seen.

Thanks for all of the pics.

Thank you Matt and Adam for your kind comments, much appreciated. Lets say, that we are almost in the middle now, so maybe next spring will see this one finished.

Masters for final moulds are built up, once again surfacer, polish, making moulds, getting castings - and that should be done, I would guess by Friday. Next week I will get masters for the other parts (brake lines, grease stuff and so on), and hopefuly first castings by next Friday.

All pieces are tuned to make the moulds, and actually silicone is poured in already. First castings tomorrow. Now I am starting my work on masters for lower part of boiler mentioned earlier.

I have started my work on masters for lower boiler. First two easy grease boxes, just to warm up for next ones.

Thank you buddy, I hope not to mess it before finish

First of next is a grease pump, which I started last night and finished tonight. Small cleaning I will do again after surfacer is applied.

Another valve for brake line, this one is not easy at all, almost finished, but lots of sanding will be needed to shape it right.

Another one for today, a regulating valve is glued together, nicer polish will be done after surfacer again. And one more finished as well, G-P valve, what is brake-power controller to set brake system for passenger or goods train. Three more to go.

Thank you Jon, it is not as difficult as it looks.
Another valve finished as well. And quick look at my chaos, what I hope to tidy up soon

Libor , been following this thread with interest, its way out of my league but still fascinating.

I have no idea what you call them but the small "multi radius-ed" hand wheels (valve handles ?) can you explain how you made them

Thanks
