MaK A.F.S Mk II *WIP*

Postby Red Comet » Wed Apr 01, 2009 9:43 pm

Hi everyone, new member here who came over via the Fichtenfoo forums.

Here's my current in-progress and my first attempt at a Ma.K kit, the A.F.S Mk II :

This kit has so far been the test bed for my first attempt at the hairspray technique as well :

I am always open to others thoughts and suggestions so fire away!

The slowly widening circle of MaK makers :)

I'm feeling a little lazy after seeing your piece by piece paint set up... yikes! Good looking start on the shoulder plate - while not exactly cheap, they are kind of fun little projects, no? Short builds with as much playing around with the finish as you want to throw at them.

This one was quite cheap ($12AUD from a swap and sell) so it's the ideal kit to use as a test bed and for my first Ma.K.

I can see myself really getting into Ma.K kits too (there goes my money again!)
